Tuxedo 11gR1: Not Able To Run Tuxedo Commands By Any User IDs Other Than The Admin ID (Doc ID 1327367.1)

After upgrading to Tuxedo 11gr1, running Tuxedo admin commands throws the following errors:

Scenario 1 :
$ tmadmin -r

Upgrading to Tuxedo 11gR1 from Tuxedo 8.1

User id is in the same unix group as that of the admin id.
It used to work before tuxedo 11 release and not working with Release 11.
