Error Loading Image In Plugin On Taskviewer.Jspx Form using IPM PAWSER URI (Doc ID 1327421.1)

Symptoms

Images are erroring when retrieved using the AXF Tasklist interface with a WORKER THREAD OPERATION FAILED error in the viewer. This is only being returned with attempts to use the PAWSER tool.

WSSRealTime Logging is returning this error: Connections to the database have been lost, attempting to restore.
