Symptoms

Directory Server in MMR with two Primary Servers.

Replication stops from PrimaryOne to PrimaryTwo and the directory servers are now out of sync.

Directory Server errors log file:

[03/Jun/2011:18:19:32 -0700] - WARNING<10276> - Incremental Protocol - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Replication inconsistency Consumer Replica "host:HOST/dc=SUFFIX_DN has a different data version. It may have not been initialized yet.
