Symptoms

Directory Server 6.3.1 in MMR with two Masters.

Replication stops from masterOne to masterTwo and the directory servers are now out of sync.

Directory Server errors log file:

[03/Jun/2011:18:19:32 -0700] - WARNING<10276> - Incremental Protocol - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Replication inconsistency Consumer Replica "host:389/dc=test,dc=com" has a different data version. It may have not been initialized yet.
