Internal Bookmark Link Not Pointing Exactly To The Heading In The Document (Doc ID 1327925.1)

Symptoms

In a Word document, there's a bookmark link. When you click on the bookmark link in the pdf file that is created, the link is not pointing to the exactly correct location in the document. It is pointing to a place a few lines below the the actual location of the heading that it's linked to.
