Symptoms

Post upgrade Oracle Identity Manager 11.1.1.5 PS1, unable to start scheduler with following error seen the log, or the error may occur at the time of login.

Changes

Upgrade Identity Manager to 11.1.1.5 PS1 -

the generic problem can also happen with upgrade to R2PS3
