Post upgrade Oracle Identity Manager 22.214.171.124 PS1, unable to start scheduler with following error seen the log, or the error may occur at the time of login.
Upgrade Identity Manager to 126.96.36.199 PS1 -
the generic problem can also happen with upgrade to R2PS3
