Managed Server Start During Config.sh Failed With AIX Error 0403-027 The parameter list is too long (Doc ID 1328592.1)

Symptoms

Platform AIX 5.3
Oracle Product FMW 11.1.1.2 - 11.1.1.5

Installation Type:  Any 11gR1 FMW installation type may be affected by this issue.

While installing and configuring we see these errors while configuring a Managed Server, ie: WLS_REPORTS.

At the install log this is observed:
