Symptoms
When attempting to view a document, three pop-up error messages are returned in sequence:
Error Caching Page: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL [Image URL]
Error Updating Annotations. Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL [Image URL]
Error Caching Page: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL [Image URL]
