Symptoms

When uploading in a document into Imaging the following error is given:

TCM-01020 This document operation is blocked by repository database inconsistencies. This may be due to concurrent application activity (for example, adding, modifying, or deleting an application). Try again later.

 No documents can be uploaded into Imaging, because you receive this error each time.
