Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle SOA Platform – B2B (Business to Business) - Version: 11.1.1.4.0 and later   [Release: 11gR1 and later ]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You have a two node cluster for 11g B2B. While the outbound data was processing, you changed the trading partner channel from FTP channel to File channel and re-deployed the agreement. The channel change took effect on one node of the cluster . The changed did not take effect on the other node and was still sending data to FTP channel. When you recycled the node that was still using FTP channel, the agreement changes took effect and started using File channel.
This only happens when system is busy processing thousands of backlogged messages.
