Problems Connecting To Busy Proxy Nodes From Coherence*Extend Clients (Doc ID 1330480.1)

Symptoms

Coherence*Extend clients do not fail over to idle proxy nodes when the proxy node the client tried to connect first cannot respond within the timeout limit because of cpu starvation.

The Coherence log shows following error message:
