Receiving "A cache exception occurred" When Viewing Large Images in the Imaging Basic Viewer (Doc ID 1330605.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view large documents in the basic viewer, the following error is returned:

A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get null J2EE JOC-043 base exception: Transaction Rolledback.; nested exception is: weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 59 seconds BEA1-00063708DFBE2690400C; nested exception is: weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 59 seconds BEA1-00063708DFBE2690400C
