Symptoms

Call to lost_pwd_mgmt.cgi results in "Cannot modify password"

In a custom jsp which is executed by the Password Expiry Warning Redirect URL, there is a link to the lost_pwd_mgmt.cgi script. This successfully directs to the Identity Manager password change page, but upon entering the old and new password, the following message is received:

 "Cannot modify password". http://<ip address>/identity/oblix/apps/lost_pwd_mgmt/bin/lost_pwd_mgmt.cgi?program=redirectforchangepwd&login=%userid%&target=top
