SRE 5.0.5 U2: Unable to relocate the component log files using the .egate.store file

When using Schema Runtime Environment (SRE) 5.0.5 U2, it is not possible to relocate the component log files using the .egate.store file
After modifying the "Logs" property in the .egate.store file, the log files continue to be written the to the default location (eg c:\egate\client\logs on Windows).
This happens when modifying either the default .egate.store file, or when specifying a new .egate.store using the Control Broker's -egst parameter.
The functionality worked fine when using earlier versions of SRE 5.0.5
