Symptoms

After performing a Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.4 SOA silent installation and configuration , the soa-infra component fails to start up.

A "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/sca/api/ScaReferenceProcessor" error messages observed in the <domain home>/servers/soa_server1/logs/soa_server1.log file:
