After performing a Fusion Middleware SOA silent installation and configuration , the soa-infra component fails to start up.

A "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/sca/api/ScaReferenceProcessor" error messages observed in the <domain home>/servers/soa_server1/logs/soa_server1.log file:

<OPERA_SOA> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <> <BEA-101162> <User defined listener org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener failed: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'SensorManager' defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/fabric-config-core.xml]: Cannot resolve reference to bean 'FabricMesh' while setting bean property 'fabricMesh';
