Symptoms

When attempting to configure the Capture "I/PM 11g Commit Driver" through a load balancer, and when trying to directly hit a node within the cluster (bypassing the load balancer), the following error is returned:

Failed to load I/PM data.
Error: Failed to log in. Exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/xml/ws/transport/http/client/RfcDateParser.
