Do DLLs Called by an Application Program Need to be Separately Linked with GGSSRL/GGSDLL (Doc ID 1333464.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 12, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle GoldenGate - Version: 4.0.0 and later   [Release: 4.0.0 and later ]
HP NonStop Itanium (Guardian)

Goal

We have Native application programs that are linked with GoldenGate intercept library (GGSSRL for D45+/G06 applications or GGSDLL for H06/J06). These application programs call DLLs and there is a possibility that these DLLs may perform I/O to non-audited Enscribe files within the context of the DLL itself.

Will changes made to files within the DLL be captured by the GoldenGate intercept library?
