Weblogic Gridlink Datasource On Exalogic Platform Exhibits Uneven Load Distribution to backend Exadata RAC nodes

In Exalogic environment issue of Weblogic Gridlink datasource exhibiting uneven load distribution to backend Exadata RAC nodes was reported. SDP was protocol used by Gridlink datasource for connecting to backend Exadata RAC nodes.
Below symptoms were observed at the time of the issue.
1. The CPU utilization was higher on first RAC DB instance and it is normal on the second RAC DB instance.
2. Most of the DB sessions are connected to the first RAC DB instance and very few sessions are connected to second RAC DB instance.
This issue can happen on any Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software (EECS) versions & PSUs running WebLogic version 10.3.4 and above.
