WebLogic Whole Server Migration Failing On Windows (Doc ID 1333851.1)

When trying to configure whole server migration for WebLogic Server on Windows, it fails with the following messages in the node manager logs:

at weblogic.nodemanager.server.WLSProcess$MultiExecuteCallbackHook.execute(
.... Command '<DIR>\user_projects\domains\POC_Cluster_Domain\bin\server_migration\wlsifconfig.cmd -removeif "Local Area Connection"' returned an unsuccessful exit code '1'. Check NM logs for script output.
at weblogic.nodemanager.system.DefaultNMPlugin$2.execute(

In the script output, the following message is seen:

<WARNING> <'grep' is not recognized as an internal or external command,>
