Symptoms

Errors found in ovd logs
 "UNABLE TO CREATE CONNECTION TO LDAP"
and
javax.naming.NamingException: No LDAP connection available to process request for DN: cn=<USERNAME>,ou=<OU>,o=<COMPANY>.
