Symptoms
This is a coding issue when trying to extend WebCenter Spaces using JDeveloper. The following documentation has been used:

The DesignWebCenterSpaces.jws has been extended by a template containing a reference to a .swf (flash animation) file.
The template.jspx has the following in it :-
Running it locally works fine, but when the application is deployed, the flash is not appearing and this URL is giving a 404 error.
