RACF LDAP Gateway Not Communicating With Pioneer

Symptoms
The LDAP gateway and Pioneer both seem to have correct information in all of the configuration files, but no transactions are being received by Pioneer. Use of xlWebApp to attempt to update a RACF account but Dialog hangs. No transaction seems to get sent to Pioneer. Nothing is logged in either the gateway log or the Pioneer log.
Changes
Upgrading to version 9.0.4.14 of RACF Adv Connector. Version 9.0.4.11 of Gateway and Pioneer are working but having trouble wiht DOLP RACF mode (BOST RACF node does work).
