Unable to Start Oracle iPlanet Web Server 6.1 Sp12 on AIX 6.1 (Doc ID 1335641.1)

Symptoms

Migrated from AIX 5.3  to 6.1 (6100-05-02-1034).

After this migration, the web instances don't start, they throw a core file.

A reinstall was then attempted but when launching "./setup" another core file was produced along with this message  "Illegal instruction(coredump)".
