Symptoms

You have defined JDBC store as persistent store. The database in which JMS persistent store exist has data guard solution in place which records all operations.

It was noticed that table %_WLSTORE for JMS persistent store get record with ID -1 every 10 seconds i.e this record with ID -1 is deleted & re-inserted every 10 seconds by WebLogic.

This is causing a performance issue when multiple JMS Servers are targeted for Automatic Migration when failed.

Is it possible to stop creating row with ID -1 on a frequent interval? Or if it is WebLogic internal process then at least be able to increase the frequency from every 10 seconds to say 10 minutes?
