Symptoms

Unable to log in to the ICAN SRE Schema Designer. A "Login unsuccessful. Please try again" error is returned.

In addition to this, attempts to access the registry:

stcregutil -rh <registry hostname> -un <user name> -up <password> -ls


result in the following error:

stcregutil (Fatal): Unable to establish communication with Registry. Error: insufficient rights (0x20000100)
