RP/TUX Tuxedo tmadmin Commads bbstats And changetrace Not Working In MP Mode (Doc ID 1336242.1)

Symptoms

After applying Tuxedo 10.0 rolling patch level RP039, or Tuxedo 10gR3 RP046, the Tuxedo  tmadmin's bbstats (also known as bbs) and changetrace (also known as chtr) commands do not work in Tuxedo ubb configured MP mode.

 The execution of those commands shows the error below:

TMADMIN_CAT:1496:ERROR:call to MIB failed
TMADMIN_CAT:1316: ERROR: Can't change trace configuration on machine simple
