Goal

You have configured a Database Adapter to do inserts on a MS SQLServer database. The primary key is automatically generated, but the adapter wizard prevents you from leaving out the primary key. As a result, the insert statement fails because the primary key is getting inserted. How can you leave it out of the insert?
