Symptoms
If in the Home space Activities publisher task flow, a user sets the "publish target" to a specific Space, ie. Test_Space_1, and does not choose 'Everyone', then this user can only post message in activity stream in group space Test_Space_1. If a message is posted in another Space, the error is raised:
The workaround for this issue is:
Set the publish target of the home space publisher to 'Everyone'.
