Error csConnectionAuthFailed Occurs in UCM Logs When Remote Client is Connecting (Doc ID 1337975.1)

Symptoms

 

 

UCM logs show a csConnectionAuthFailed error when a remote client is attempting to connect, via RIDC or CIS.

If this error is generated from the Oracle Application Adapters for E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft, the IPM logs will contain an error when trying to connect to UCM via RIDC. This error is what AXF reports when UCM rejects the connection.
