Goal

In ODSEE error logs prior to 11g, what do these error log messages mean ?

PR_SetSocketOption(PR_SockOpt_NoDelay) failed, error -5962
PR_SetSocketOption(PR_SockOpt_Keepalive) failed error -5962

In an 11g log file there are no such error messages, but what is seen are aborted connections in the access log.
