[Tuxedo]Tlisten Port Disappearing from Tuxedo Administration In Control Panel (Doc ID 1338960.1)

With Oracle Tuxedo, Version, 64-bit, Patch Level 005 on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 x64 (64-bit), when a new port is added (manually or automatically) in the Control Panel -> Tuxedo Admin Console, it creates a Windows Service, but the port disappears port from Tuxedo Admin Console listener section.

There is no error message reported.
