Oracle iPlanet Web Server 7.0 SMF Service Not Enabled After OS Reboot (Doc ID 1339155.1)

Symptoms

After an OS reboot, the Solaris 10 SMF enabled Web Server instance does not start up. The SMF status related to this Web instance has reverted to disabled after the reboot even though the Web instance was enabled using "svcadm enable". Example:
