Weblogic Console Reports Wrong Last Deployment Operation Status-Activate Initializing (Doc ID 1339210.1)

Symptoms

After redeploying an application, the WebLogic Server Console shows conflicting statuses. The Last deployment operation status reports:

Status: Activate Initializing

However, the log file for csm_server01 shows that the application moved into an ACTIVE state successfully:
