WebCenter Spaces iPhone Application Returns: Unable to Connect to Server

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to Connect to WebCenter from the WebCenter App on iPhone,
the following error occurs.
- WebCenter is in a local network but connecting to WebCenter from Safari in the same iPhone works.
- Connection settings look fine.
