ODSEE seeing error in 'errors' log: "ERROR<38994> - CSN Generation- conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Internal error csngen_adjust_time: adjustment limit exceeded; ... "

Symptoms

There are two ODSEE (Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition) servers configured as Masters in MMR (Multi-Master Replication). Replication is working between the masters but they are seeing these errors in both the master's logs:
