Stuck Execute Thread Error Puts Managed Server Into Unknown State And Stops Processing (Doc ID 1341523.1)

Observing stuck threads until all processes on the managed server stop running.

These stuck threads are due to large message backlogs with either non-persistent or persistent messaging (>50,000)

A server restart is required in order to get it running again and all processes are lost. This happens every few weeks and can't be reproduced in another environment.
