Unable to receive Email Attachments via Java CAPS Email Eway

A Java CAPS collaboration uses an email eWay to pick up email messages from an Exchange server, and the collaboration processes message attachments.
Mostly these attachments can be processed, but email attachments from some external systems are not found. If the email messages are resent from the Exchange server to the receiving email address, then the eWay can pick them up and parse the attachments.
