Delegated Administrative Services (DAS or OIDDAS) 10g, i.e., integrated with Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 10g or 11g.

Applying a one-off DAS Patch, such as DAS <Patch:8979659> or <Patch:7829624>, fails:

$ opatch apply -invPtrLoc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc
