Goal
Web Server Administrators normally install CRLs either through the admin GUI or using the "wadm install-crl" command line as documented on http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E19146-01/821-1828/gdagx/index.html. This may work just fine for sites whose CRLs hardly change. However, if your site requires frequent updates on CRLs, manual intervention like going through the admin GUI or using the CLI may not be practical.
