Symptoms

The following message prevents the Oracle Upgrade Assistant (UA) from successfully upgrading the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Repositories to version 11.1.1.5.0 or later:

where <USER_NAME> is the value set in the UA DBA User Name field.
