The WYSIWYG FCKEditor Stlyes Drop Down Not Showing Styles in Standalone Mode (Doc ID 1342899.1)

Goal

WYSIWYG fckeditor stlyes drop down does not show styles that are listed in the \<DOMAIN>\UCM\ucm\cs\weblayout\resources\wcm\3rdparty\fckeditor\fckstyles.xml. The list is empty while the xml file contains styles. This only occurs if hitting the Site Studio Contributor screen from "external links". The two external links in question are "Edit Data" link from the Content Server OR the http call http://<DOMAIN>/idcplg?IdcService=WCM_EDIT_DATA_FILE&dDocName=CDF_MASTER_CONTENT.

This works editing the SAME content through a site studio site in contributor mode.
