Webcenter Discussion Long Title And Content Cannot be Edited and Misses Mail Icon (Doc ID 1343578.1)

In the discussions taskflow if you have a lengthy title and content the send mail icon disappears.


The issue can be reproduced at will with below steps:

1.Create a new Group space
2.Create a new Discussions with very long text as title with a body without any space.
3.The send mail icon for Discussion disappears.
