OSR Publication Load Balancer Reconfiguration Errors With Java returned: 1 Message (Doc ID 1344145.1)

Installed OSR on WebLogic server 10.3.x.  After the installation has been performed, using the Setup utility to change the Server Configuration of the Publication server to use a load balancer

A failure occurs while performing this and an error similar to the following is shown:
