Navigation Problems In IE7/8 For WebCenter Spaces Nothing Works Until Page Refresh (Doc ID 1345066.1)

Symptoms

When using IE 7/8 browsers seeing navigational issues with Spaces applications.
After a period of time the navigation links no longer work. All links just refresh the same page and do not render their respective content.  Doing a full refresh on the page does resolve the issue, however it just occurs after more navigation.

• This is affecting some of the IE7/8 user base and not all.
• This is only happening on a page that contains a Web Page Layout, pointing to another URL.
• Also only seems to happen when the page is the first page in the list of pages for the Space.
