Sun Java System Access Manager 7.1 - Cannot Log into Admin Console After Changing Password Encryption Key (Doc ID 1345224.1)

Symptoms

You are not able to log in as the amadmin user after changing the password encryption key (am.encryption.pwd) as per the Sun Java System Access Manager 7.1 Post Installation documentation:

The following error appears in the amJSS debug log:
