File BC (On Demand Read) Is Creating Filebc.Lck And Readme.Txt Files In The Source Directory. (Doc ID 1345533.1)

Using the Java CAPS 6.2 File Binding Component where the Type is 'On Demand Read' to read a file from a source directory. The file gets read successfully however a directory (named for example caFileBCTest_FileSolicitedReadService_wsdlFile_So-1971461788/OB68b24e2a-b2f2-30e9-9a7a-e00483e0e452) gets created in the source directory when the project is deployed. This directory contains the files filebc.lck and readme.txt file. Is there a means avoid the directory from being created?
