Symptoms
When xhtml portal is executed in WebLogic Portal (WLP) in the Internet Explorer (IE) and Chrome browsers, the xmlns attribute is missing in the rendered page's view source. However, the xmlns attribute is visible in the rendered page's view source in the Firefox browser.
