JMS Message Bridge Always Shows Status as Active Even When It is Stopped (Doc ID 1347076.1)

JMS Message Bridge always shows status as Active even when it is stopped. When unchecking the started option in a JMS bridge, the bridge status on the monitoring tab shows "active and stopped by administrator."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Bridge status on monitoring tab should show "inactive and stopped by administrator"

OTHER SYMPTOMS:
When a JMS bridge status is "active and stopped by administrator," then we sometimes cannot create a new bridge using the same source until we delete the old bridge, and deleting such a bridge hangs the console and we need to bounce the whole domain to release the ongoing activation.

Also sometimes it logs the following message at very high frequency due to which huge logs are generated:
