Symptoms


Forms 11g with SSO configured displays the Forms default database login screen even though SSO/OID Remote Access Descriptor (RAD) data is correctly passed back to Forms after successful SSO authentication..

This problem may also be seen with forms 11.1.2.0 (11gR2) and OAM 11.1.1.5 for authentication.
