Symptoms
Importing a zip file in the Capture Import Export Utility returns an error:
Import failed on component: Administration. java.lang.Exception: Failed to import pick-list or pick-list item. java.lang.Exception: Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.
