Symptoms

Unable to send emails from WebCenter Spaces using SMTP Only Mail Connection


STEPS

Changes

  1. Configure email with WebCenter Spaces as indicated in the following note:
    <Document 1182383.1> - How To Create a SMTP Only Mail Connection?

  2. Test sending emails from WebCenter Spaces using the Mail Task Flow.
    "Service not Available" message is reported.
